Responsibilities:


1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their requirements.
4. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/services.
5. Negotiating/close deals and handling complaints or objections.
6. Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a team.
• Time management and planning skills.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
